+ ** SSHINC: Shared Solidarity Hour is not Currency **

+ Solidary Sharing Environment of Working Time Not Currency

Aims at:

  • Self-financing voluntary initiatives providing them with remuneration, solving the problem of continuity and sustainability of solidarity actions of citizenship
  • Catalyzing the organization of the civil society based on the establishment of relevant and feasible collective action plans, through the coordination of available time, skills, and competencies, present in the social fabric.

Maintaining and expanding activities of recognized common and public interest, through the decisions of autonomous civil society organizations, not financed by the current regime - expandable to other pseudo-democratic political contexts. Providing practical means of expression, mutual recognition, and joining interest groups that may be diffuse, generating visibility for original proposals of common goals to generatesolidarity time collectives which will be made possible through the environments of self-organization and exchange of services formed from the use of SSHINC

  • Promoting the creation and innovation of institutions, services, equipment, and exchange networks through an autonomous initiative of civil society, regardless of State and capitalist business interests.
  • Reversing the tendencies towards discouragement, unemployment, and precarious work, giving access to the production and consumption of services to citizens excluded from / by the capitalist labor market.
  • Producing distributed infrastructure of collective production equipment, to increase the economic autonomy of citizens - in order, in the probable case of collapse of bourgeois institutions, to sustain the social order, economic life and health conditions of the population.
  • Boosting, indirectly, the monetized economy through the movement of goods and services transacted with the currency market (fiat and crypto) externally, whose prices are passed on in SSHINC exchanges.

Rules:

Any group of people who identify themselves as a collective interested in fulfillingo a common goal is hired as collective of solidarity sharing of working time (collective sswt), constituting an [[environment of solidary sharing of working time] ] (SSWT environment).

From there, it starts to establish - thorughdeliberate consensus or experimental majority - calls for the fulfillment of collective goals. Once completed, the production time will be credited to those participants who do it. The value of each collective goal fulfillment is stipulated by consensus or experimental majority in the context of each SSWT collective.

All SSWT collectives must offer as common goals the activities of maintaining operations and the inclusion of new members whose services are demanded by the participants, aiming at the sustainability of economic relations. All collectives must include services to promote learning.

Each SSWT collective will provide the SSWT environment as a space for public visibility, for registering transactions, updating values for activities, calling for the realization of common desires and offering and demanding for services and products. Ideally, collectives will share communication efforts, developing their own information systems and platforms. Given the demands of record processing via blockchain, if this technology is used, it should be operated on distributed servers (ideally: one per SSWT collective). For the purpose of standardization and conversion of values between SSWT environments, activity identification will use institutional activity coding standards (eg. National Classification of Economic Activities - CNAE <https://cnae.ibge.gov.br/?view= estrutura&tipo=cnae&versao_classe=7.0.0&versao_subclasse=9.1.0>)

The solidarity hours (SD) are calculated from the counting of the time needed to carry out some activity (common goals, services or products for other participants in the SSWT environment) weighted according to the factors:

* rarity (supply/demand, between 1 and 2); a pertinent resource for the definition of levels of the rarity of services and products offered is the automation of their quotation, by aggregating transaction data in the SH sharing platform registries.
*Consuming time on the task and time to acquire the necessary skill for the accomplishment, between 1 and 2) and
* habilitation (difficulty in obtaining the skills and competences necessary to carry out the service or production, between 1 and 2).

Thus, even though there is no equality in the value of all jobs, the maximum credit inequality per hour is limited to 8x.

There are convertibility between Ssh from different SSWT environments, but the credit value of each service applicant needs to be recalculated according to the specific valuation criteria of the collective to which the service provider belongs.

Credits in solidarity hours must have a limited validity period, to prevent the cumulative use of this economic representation artifact. SSWT collectives can decide if the validity of the solidarity hours are renewed with each exchange, or if they are limited to a certain number of exchanges, or if there is a loss of value in each exchange, from a certain number of transactions or after a certain period. They can also establish that the validity period corresponds to the duration of the realization of common goal of the collective. In all cases, the discrepancy between operating rules makes it difficult to convert SH between SSWT environments, requiring collectives to spend SH for the deliberation of specific convertibility rules.

Any practice that results in direct convertibility between fiat or cryptocurrency currencies and solidarity hours is explicitly prohibited and systematically discouraged. The inconversibility of HSnm??? is definitive for the environment of sharing solidarity of working time. Any participant who carries out a transaction for the purpose of conversion will be subject to sanctions, to be applied by solidarity sharing groups of time.

However, individual participants, groups of participants and also working time sharing groups can use SSWT environments to carry out their economic activities in fiat or cryptocurrency currencies, transacting products and services from SH exchanges, as long as they collect all taxes and social rights due. Each working time sharing collective will determine its operating costs, to be covered by participants who make economic profits in fiat or cryptocurrency currencies. It is recommended that, in these cases, participants make a donation to any of the SSWT collectives.

The values of services and products complementary to the provision of services and products in the environment of solidarity hours must be established with reference to actual and current market values, and must be passed on to participants without capital remuneration (profit, interest, etc.) . The platforms of SH use will allow the transfer of costs, in hybrid transactions, with the transfer of the cost and the transmission of SH credits.

All participants in a SSWT collective are contractually obliged to offer services (and some products) at a minimum defined by the collective, which may be voluntarily extended by the participant.

All transactions are qualitatively identified (date, location, partners, time, and associated fiat values), qualitatively commented on, and quantitatively assessed, so that each participant will have their transaction history accessible - except in the event of a dispute by the participants in the transaction. In this case, the SSWT collective will be responsible for the arbitration of conflicts, and its decisions must be attached as comments on the transactions.

Sanctions for non-compliance are suspensions and bans (from environments and the entire system). Participants involved in acts of conversion between HS and fiat currencies, in addition to suffering sanctions, must collect the taxes due. The solidarity-sharing time collectives shall report such transactions to the tax authorities, exempting themselves from fiscal responsibility for them.
